Default stock boost on a '98 V70, and some other performance questions?

I tried doing some searches, to no avail. What is the stock boost for these cars? Also, what's the top speed? Is it limited by gearing, the computer, or power? I don't plan on testing it myself, I was just curious. But I am also wondering how much boost I can run on the bone stock engine with a MBC using 91 octane fuel without breaking anything. Would I need to get a silicone hose kit to run, say, 14psi? Also, what are some free mods for these cars? TB bypasses? MAF descreening without screwing up driveability (I know MAF descreens on LT1 f bodies give you 0 horsepower and crappy driveability, since the computer is programmed to work with a screen and cannot adjust to the absense of one)? How does the stock AWD system hold up to 250-280hp? I am also thinking about getting a blowoff valve, the ricer in me likes the sound ...Do these do anything for performance on stock turbos?

I'm still pretty new to the whole Volvo thing. Just got my '98 V70 AWD about 3 weeks ago and after I do some basic things like plugs/wires/rear main seal/fuel filter (if it's clogged) I want to start running a bit more boost and doing some intake/exhaust mods.

Thanks

nope, it's not a T5. i'm going to keep the suspension stock for a while, not like i road race. i have another car for that kind of thing. no ecu reprogramming either, that is out of the question. i would just like to get it into the 14s and surprise some people at the track
