Default My new 15g kind of!

I got this from my co worker for free tbricker name olkdan83. It needs a rebuild but i saw how good his other 15g worked after he got it rebuilt by majesticturbo out of texas i think they did an outstanding job and they were quick too he sent it in on monday and had it back by friday and we live in minnesota. Cost him 450 but i think it was worth it. It came back brand new. So thats who im going through. Also if i get it clocked to fit my 91 740 will it be a direct fit from the previous 13c thats currently on there. I thinks thats a conical flange right will it bolt right up to my downpipe. I will also be getting an npr intercooler soon. Do you guys think it would be necessary to upgrade the injectors to the brown tops at this point or no i dont want to yet if i dont have to. I am going to get a 3" downpipe made too. Oh yeah before i forget where are all the usuall places cracks form on the 90+ manifold i think i have a crack but it might also be that the gasket blew out a little kinda looks like it on the one closest to the intercooler. But i might as well check if i am going to do the rest of this stuff. And before i forget i know that the auto trannies in these arent the strongest things on the planet so i was just gonna ask and see if anyone know if a auto tranny from an 89 mustang would bolt up. My mustang has about 350hp but i got slight front end damage and dont really want to fix it up but the motor and trans are perfect plus volvos are alot more fun to tinker with. Everyone has a mustang but not everyone has a volvo.Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usThis flange will bolt up to my stock downpipe rightFree Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usOne more pic of the whole thingFree Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usPlease leave comments or suggestions.

the oil and colant lines mate up fine, but you will havet to make a waste gate actuator bracket. your dp will bolt up fine. have you made any other upgrades? while you have it apart port you exhaust manny and the exducer housing

No i have absolutly no upgrades right now i just got the car not even a week ago. how hard is it to make a wastegate actuator bracket for it. How much of a difference does the porting make. I have yet to even do the aircleaner box mod ive been working alot and havent had much time to really tinker with the car right now but i will soon.

well, by swapping to a 15g and porting the mannyand housing it spooled faster and sooner than the 13c did. that and the 15g actualy can sustain boost above 11psi to redline

Agreed! They just need to be taken care of. That means Synthetic fluid and a larger cooler.

well then i will put a larger cooler and synthetic fluid on my list. I work 40hrs a week and have no significant other so all this should be done quite quickly hopefully before christmas i wont be driving the car at that time though as for the snow we get here in minnesota and i am scared i will put her in the ditch. I dont wanna have to buy another volvo just yet even though i might for parts though. Better safe than sorry thanks for the suggestions and please if anyone else has any comments please add still. I just did the intake box mod this morning seems to breath alot easier.

When the time comes, hit me up for some fuel injectors. Who likes a leaky browntop? Nobody, thats who.
