Question 850 engine

Got a weird question, is it posible to put a 850 t5 engine on a 245??? i just need to know if theres any transmission out there to make it RWD :P

A whiteblock M90 (6-cylinder 960) from europe will work. a neat all-volvo solution, but there are other, stronger gearboxes that can be made to fit with a adapter plate.
The M90 can handle a lot (400+ ft/lbs iirc) with modded 3rd gear synchro. I havent tested it myself (not yet ), but there are ppl running 11-12's with them. So they are good for something.

There are harder engine swaps out there, but this is not something you want to attempt with no prior information or on a shoestring budget.
