What does it take to put V90 door handles into a 89 740?

So is this just a simple swap out, or is there some modding you have to do? Even better if I can score some V90 doors with door panels, and glass would be awsome. Just trying to add some style and flavor to this wagon with out being tacky or ricey. Clean is my moto!

Direct swap. I did this on my 745. Although if you do doors w/ door panels I think the wiring harness may be different.

they should be bolt on, but im only 99% sure
