I came here looking for inspiration to trade my Impreza for my brother's 244... 240ft, I'm holding you responsible for this decision if the car turns out to be a lemon.

Well don't be discouraged when you find out that the 240 needs a lot of work to feel like a solid car. They are awesome however.

Yeah, I know, but so did my Subie. Hell, I had to do an engine swap, swap struts, a full brake job, and find some wheels before I could even drive it :/ It's just a plain beige '85 244 DL. B230, K-jet, automatic, still has all the emissions crap, 140,xxx, bad MAF, no exhaust...

I plan on doing an M47 swap if I can, but I'd settle for M46. I don't know if I'll be able to stand driving an automatic, but it'll be worth it. My car is worth a thousand or so more, but apparently I can't sell it, so I'll just be trading across the family :P Volvos were my first love, I only got the Impreza because I got an insane deal on it. He builds cars but just doesn't like Volvos for whatever reason, he just needs something to drive while his projects are being built, so he won't throw any cash on top, just a straight across trade.

No, but whole Norway was like a clear fishing lake, every now and then you see a big fish but every time you're too late to cast your rod.. Saw a lot of 7xx and 2xx's with Polaris' and wide Oceans and such.

I was waiting for my girl at that corner and within 5 mins both 240's drove by and me having no camera at hand.. so I grabbed my iPhone and stood standby with the camera app, and suddenly they both showed up within 2 mins or so :)
