I believe LED shows the cross counts as the voltage swings to each side of 0.45V. If it's pegged on, I think that means your sensor is pegged/bias toward rich or lean.

Do a voltage drop test on the ground circuit. And the positive.

The excite wire also fails in the harness as it goes...

Inspect the terminals for corrosion. Peel back the MAF connector boot and make sure the crimps aren't corroded either. Inspect the ECM connectors for damaged terminals too.
