Put a can of WD40 in your trunk, and if it happens again, hose the inside of the cap and rotor with WD40...

Our ecoboost 3.5 truck is a complete beast, and runs on 87 or worse.
Would make a fine swap, but I believe the dimensions are unfavorable, and wiring harness challenging.

Run a screw into the hole with the screw driver, this pops the old seal out.
