Here's mine. Seems to work okay, even on heat soaked hot starts. Not totally perfect, I more or less set it and forgot it. B230f+t with GM IAT before throttle body, after intercooler.

Ah yeah, doesn't sound great. Mine might lock when I don't want it to sometimes, but it's always locked whenever I want it to be.

I'm running a powertrax lockright. Works really nice in the snow and whatnot. Clunks in tight turns, can start bucking/stay locked if I'm turning really tight without accelerating or decelerating....

Google tells me that's a turbo ecu with egr. Should work (I think) but it might be unhappy with the lack of egr. Do the wot wire thing.

I believe it should be 2.5bar/36psi, but it should stay fully pressurized when the car is off. If it doesn't, leaky injectors or bad check valve.

I think all LH cars had the ECU over the blocked off passenger kick panel vent? My diesel has vents on both sides. Finding space for my ECU was tricky, wound up putting it in the glovebox.

I use a properly sized bolt between the flapper and firewall to wedge mine open. I think it broke when the check valve failed and let boost into the system.
