Siphoned and put in fresh so that would make some sense.

Well bought an aftermarket wiper motor at IPD.
Happy with the deal but ther intermittent doesn't work.

The mount broke in the old one so I'm thinking of swapping the old motor...

About 900rpms it stutters. Almost stalls at stops.

Could it be as simple as a new fuel filter?
It has been awhile since I've replaced it.
