I get like 18-20 depending on temperature. Only things I've done were cut springs, swapped to B cam, and swapped to bigger exhaust piping from a turbo model.

Why that tire size specifically? With a wagon, your tire size should be around 24.7" to keep an accurate speedo and with your size you're at 25.8", which gives you around .5" less clearance of things...

I'm NA with the 60mm exhaust from a turbo model with a Magnapack in place of the muffler. Sounds great, would be better with a turbo to muffle some of the slight rasp at 6k rpm.
