Yep, and I had a case where the belts from Advance/Autozone/blah were actually a bit bigger, so they wouldn't tighten correctly. I ordered proper belts from Groton or IPD and was in business.

If you did wash the engine bay, make sure you didn't knock any lines/vacuum hoses loose. Check the brake booster, too. There's a plug on there that will cause no-start if it's gone.

Turns out the yellow wire (defroster) was still intact, so I just reversed the plug up under the headliner and swapped gray for yellow on the left plate light.
