Engine-side fuel return hose replacement?
I'm either terrible at searching or I'm missing the obvious. Lately Boxy III ('92 245) has had a raw gas odor after driving. The first time I dismissed it, thinking it was just running rich from a...

Backing plate = the sort-of-hex spacer? Was hoping to since it would probably give me a little more room to work with, but not required. My second '83...

Front speaker removal - '92 245
My new wagon has the Volvo HT 204 speakers still intact. Two quick questions:
1. Can these be removed without removing the door card?
2. What is the max mounting depth for 5.25 speakers in the...

Do you have power or manual windows?
My 245 has 4" door speakers, and two 6x9's in hatch/truck boxes wedged on either side of a homemade box for a 10" sub.
The 244 has 4" doors as well, and I...

Yep, and I had a case where the belts from Advance/Autozone/blah were actually a bit bigger, so they wouldn't tighten correctly. I ordered proper belts from Groton or IPD and was in business.

Carnut, where was yours leaking from? After reading up on the steps, I'm tempted to call a few shops and see what the damage would be.

240 heater core, how evil?
Floorboards, at least D side, are green and slippery :(
Short term solution is probably going to be to loop the lines, but I will need to fix this at some point. How much suffering am I in for?
