I went with a Hurst and a lever from an SN95, heated and bent it a little to straighten it up to clear the seats. Still haven't found a solid boot selection a little.

If you're just going 1 piece, buy the shaft from Coleman Racing, way cheaper usually, and nice stuff. From there, a yoke, a flange, and you're done.
