I think you're horribly confused, bud. Nobody is talking about the OEM Volvo turbo plus garbage. We are using the term "+t" when talking about simply adding a turbo to a naturally aspirated volvo.

245/40-17s are pretty much the max you can do without some pain in the ass work. So going to a 245/40-18 will be a bit of a chore without starting to cut stuff up.
