Is it the same front spindle for an ABS or non-ABS equipped 740? For some reason my car has the ABS tone ring on the wheel bearing event though it's not an ABS equipped car.

Yes. It's when you start to push around 20 PSI with a big turbo that you have to be certain that the head is properly sealed and clamped to the block. And a good tune is a MUST.

Problems can arise if the aluminum used is too soft and no or not enough stud lube is used. The head bolt will eat away the spacers surface and you will get insufficient torque on the bolt eventually...

I have a pretty big intercooler to fit in front so I'm going to search for a more permanent solution because I don't want to have to redo all the mounts and shrouding if the 960 rad don't do the job....

There is a spring and metal insert on the pump. How do they go in? Spring first towards to pump or metal cap first? Asking for a friend... I don't have a b230 lying around to give him an answer.
