245 Camper

I took my '85 245 all the way to Alaska via the Alcan. It did great. I bought some RV foam and made a bed out of the back. I also built some bug screens than fit into the rear window tracks. It was an awesome trip, and the perfect car.

I've got a similar setup for my 84 245, foam mattress cut to the right shape (and folds up) plus bubble wrap insulating sheets covered in black cloth for the windows.
