With a B230ET you already have a smidge higher compression ratio than a standard B230FT so you will have some more torque down low with a sportier cam compared to a FT. I have an IPD Turbo cam in my mostly stock B230F (soon to be +T) which basically gives max torque from 2.5k rpm all the way to 4.5k rpm and then tapers down again. The idle is relatively smooth as well.

But with your Holset turbo you probably want a cam that is a bit more rev-happy, i think that a V16T would suit the powerband of your turbo much better, and it would probably give a rougher idle. We also had good luck with a KL-racing cam in the ITB engine but that was NA of course.
