Refinished Multi-X's

I have always been a fan of Multi-X's and when it came time to get new tires for my '87 244 I decided to bite the bullet and intensify my search. Found a junkyard set and after mulling it about a bit decided to paint the centers gold and polish the lips. Turned out pretty well if I do say so myself.

I would have loved to go lower profile and lower it, but (bad thing to say on a volvo enthusiast site) the Volvos are my practical cars, they are the ones that get me where I'm going when it's ****ty out, or the the others are broken.

and I won't run them without the centercaps... One of the good things about the gold is it changes shades in different amounts of sun. It can be really dark or very light.
