B230 shortblock weight

Does anybody happen to have an accurate weight of a b230ft redblock short block? Trying to figure out shipping costs. Thanks

I can dead lift one into the back of a wagon. Probably more then 300 less then 400.

When you say “short block”, do you mean a fully assembled bottom end without head and accessories?
That should be around 200-220lbs, if I’m remembering how much a b230f long block weighs (275?).

^^ What culberro said. I read somewhere that they are 309 lb without any accessories or flywheel. The cylinder head is approximately 40 lb.

Weight, without turbocharger (TC)........ kg - 140-150 (B230)
150 kg = 330 lbs
That would be a complete engine, I would think.
No head, flywheel, pulleys, etc = somewhat less.
