I love the rusted-out look paint job. Paint surface looks pretty chunky/textured in the other pics - what did you use to achieve the effect? I may need to do something like this when my pickup conversion is done.

Put a bunch of kilmat in too to stop rattles

 


Got the sts gear, waiting on the top mount header which should be here tomorrow, still gotta get a wastegate and a screamer pipe though before I can throw that on
 
Sooo waiting for the external gate, couple of fittings for oil drain and a different 5bolt-vband adapter to show up, night try to do the top mount this weekend
 
Well that sounds like it would look odd. Hate all ya want this things had more people telling me its badass than the passat I painted with the colorshift
 
i never spread hate on the internet any more. except for in this project thread, where i'm legally required to.
 


Already cut off the wastegate pipe to reweld that on and gonna heat wrap it and gotta move the tranny line and do something about the water pump hose and gotta make a new downpipe, lots to do
 
I dont like how some of the stuff is done but I had to call it since I need it for work, ill reroute stuff when I get some time but at least it works well, spools faster for sure
