S/V/C Fuel control module question

So I have a 2001 C70 that has a transplanted 2004 C70 Motor (old motor=B5234T3 new=B5234T9).

Here's the question: when replacing the Fuel Control Module am I looking for one for the 2001 motor or the 2004 motor? Or does it matter.

I guess the core of the question is - does the module vary based on the fuel pump or by the motor?

Appreciate whatever direction is available.

No first hand experience but I you should go with 2001 module since that?s what the car knows.

Did you use the 2001 computers with the motor or the 2004 computers?

If it still has the 01 computers, I'd use the 01 PEM

I think the computers were the same on both if I'm not mistaken. Same computer.
