There is a logger portion too, PCM Logger . The big part is that it's able to swap OSs, which makes it easier to use the better-supported ones. It can't do boost tunes or custom OS work like HPT can, but it's getting there. There are open-source segment swap utilities too, although not a part of PCM Hammer.
