Default 1993 240 B230F valve cover half moon plug?

Is the valve cover on the B230F supposed to have one of the rubber half moon plugs? Or is the only thing there the gasket with the 4 dabs of rtv.

I guess you are talking about the rear cam seal. Ive got one of the ipd retaining plates over mine. I vaguely remembered removing a rubber half moon at some point. I had a bad leak and im trying to make sure im meticulous with it this time. So i guess it will be just the gasket.
