Default valve cover gasket and oil filler cap gasket

What are the recommendations for valve cover gasket and oil filler cap gasket?

I seem to recall some discussion that "the good leak free ones" are hard to come by now. Was it both or just the valve cover gasket?

My search results don't seem to return the old tread I recall reading.

If crankcase pressure is high so the PCV can't deal with it, then your crank's seals may leak oil

I’m a fan of the IPD viton oil filler gasket. It doesn’t harden after 3 months, so that’s a plus!

You can only do that once
Some of us don't enjoy having the exxon-valdez under the hood of our bricks.

$7, and never have to replace it again: https://www.ipdusa.com/products/5884...hoCugMQAvD_BwE
