Yeah it was the btcc 850 estate kit. I like taking race car kits and making them street cars.
I took an old Toyota corolla sedan kit and hacked it up into a wagon to make a 1/24 of my old te72.
I'll look into that 760 kit. I have seen one, but they are very very rare.

autoart are the best die cast on the market though. The detail and quality is amazing. You really do get what you pay for. Maybe ill pick one up next time I'm flush with cash and feeling like daddy warbucks.

Default 850 Turbo Glass Model

Here's something different, never seen one before this, never seen another. Rare? IDN.

I got it from a guy that owed me $600 in back rent. He knew I'd even the score with this 850 Turbo glass model. He said it was rare anyway, his dad got it from Volvo Cars NA after the 850 advertisiing campaign in the 90's, said it was one of 20 or so that got given to advertising exec's at Volvo.

It's very heavy, like it's made of lead crystal:

i found a Polistil/Tonka 780 at a fleamarket for 1 euro couple of months ago.. like this one:

without its box though and slightly scuffed from playing, but thats okay because i have an identical one MIB.

i have a subscription to the Editions Atlas Volvo Collection and one of the next models will be a 780. you might want to check those out if possible. theyre 22 euro incl shipping so they might end up on ebay in the near future for maybe half of the 80 bucks you mentioned.

Hello,

Here are pictures of what I have and most of it is for sale.
Robbeddie, Somerville, Dinky, Norev, Metosul, Lucky

Minichamps and Brekina

Revells

Solido, LoneStar/Impy, Stahlberg, Corgi, Danbury Mint, Tekno, Bandai and unknown (Marcos GT)

Stahlberg/Emek, Revell, SSS and Bandai

Solido: These are Facel Vegas. We have a couple of customers with the real thing full sized Facel Vegas that were made in France and were originally made with Volvo B18 engines and M41 Volvo transmissions

The remnants of what would be a bit of valuable Volvo advertising as a pristine version recently sold for almost $1400.00. My example sat in the customer lounge of a now closed Volvo independent shop in Torrance, CA where it was beaten to near death by the children of his customers.

Teknos and a Bandai 144 Police car still in box.

Very rare Stahlberg in smaller size. 1/40th scale, I think

The models are in our customer lounge behind glass doors in a pair of display cases.

Is there anything you are interested in?

No, I only have toys and models of pre-1975 Volvos that represent the body styles that were sold to the USA.

That fact that I like the Bertone 262c I treated myself to this 1/18 scale coupe. Not my pic but I do have 2 of these models. I may change the color scheme of one of them at some later date.

Cult Scale models 1:18. At the time I couldn't find one in the US. They are made of resin, very nice detail. The only thing is the silver/black coupes never came with a tan interior. I got one from Italy and one from Germany. There is a light grey one on fleabay right now, shipper in Washington state.
