Make sure the water pump is high enough for the upper Oring to seal, kinda tough with the head off

That motor is looking nice, makes me want to pressure wash my block

It's been a while since my last update... I dropped off the head at a well known machine shop for a cleanup... as it turned out more than a few of the valves were leaking, and there were some questionable water jacket rot. after getting all of the valves redone and seated, and having the water jackets welded up, and head surfaced, it is back and ready for installation. I'll be spending the weekend putting the head on the new 2.5L.

Racecar with AC is where it's at.

Specs below. I can't remember where I have the cam carrier specs. Let me dig through my greenbook pdf stash...

Been off for a while, but got lots of work done on the motor today. installed the complete hotside, and put the cams in and modified an original timing belt cover for a timing mark. its getting there.... still need to do much of the wiring for the new MS-Pro.... but feels good working on the volvo again.

looking for some advice on MS-pro inputs.... here is the list I have that I want to use. I'm gonna start wiring this week. just wondering if I should just start grabbing inputs in no specific order, or if there should be some order to the madness.

here is a list of the items I have on the plans.

1. Knock sensor
2. Methanol injection.
3. CAS sensor
4. Temp
5. IAT
6. Idle up for AC
7. Electric aux fan control
8. Converter lockup (maybe) I’m still running a 700R4
9. Single stage of nitrous
10. Boost control (speed and throttle position dependent)

considering
11. Fuel pressure
12. Oil Pressure

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
