Don't understand something about headlights

So I drive on the right side of the road.

There are headlight reflector housings that say LHD and RHD

left hand drive, so steering wheel on left vs right hand drive, steering wheel on right?

But rhd seems to mean driving on the right hand side of the road, with your steering wheel on the left.

VP says this LHD is for cars driving on the left with right steering wheels.

but then says I need this if I live in the States (which I do not, but I still drive on the right):

says LHD again?

yup, they changed it and I am not nuts...I just didn't want to pay double the price for the same thing and was convincing myself otherwise

It's always been my impression from seeing both RHD and LHD 240 E-codes up close many times over the years is the reflector is either a right side or left side. That's it. The LENS, however has fluting for RHD or LHD. Anyone know otherwise?

LHT and LHD are different things.

Volvo usually labels things in their catalogues as "LHT", which means steering wheel on the right and driving on the left.

Meaning LHT is the exact opposite of LHD
LHT: Left hand traffic, steering wheel on the right
LHD: Right hand traffic, steering wheel on the left

I just installed their 1372380 in my LHD headlights. Both reflectors are exactly the same, the base makes them mount in correct orientation for Left and Right.

The reflectors are very nice and come with the plastic pegs installed, the rubber gasket is just a bit too big and I re-used my old ones.

The other part 1372381 is for RHD.

+1 on reflectors/housings. Good quality.

so 2 of these: https://vp-autoparts.com/en/artiklar/reflector-head-light-240-81-for-lhdcars.html

will work with my e-code tv screens? I drive on the right side of the road like the U.S.
