Will a MAF from an LH 2,4 (0280212016} also work in place of a 0280212007 from an LH 2.2?

What is the obstacle in doing this? With the injectors I'm running on my 88 765 the baseline fuel mixture setting is like 8 ohms between pins 3 and 6 on the AMM.
