Hey Folks,
Im new to the forums so hello... This is my first Volvo, she's an S40, recently converted from a BMW 316i e36 with a brief fling with CRX Del Sol along the way which resulted in broken japcrap all over a country road. Loving the s40, still kinda wish it was RWD but my high pressure turbo keeps me smiling.This is my 1997 Volvo S40 T4. Thats fast one - She pulls like a train.This car is in a very good condition in and outside for its age. 200bhp, DOHC, FWD, 221 ft-lb. She does 0- 60 in 8 seconds and has heated comfey fat seats.. Great to drive, comfortable and fast. Just Fitted her with an OEM front strut bar, no pics yet tho. It's fully loaded with ABS, traction control, original Volvo alloys, original Volvo turbo boot spoiler, front and side airbags, sunroof, electric front windows, electric mirrors, alarm and immobiliser, front fog lights, original Volvo wood interior, built in cup holders, original Volvo leather sport steering wheel, Blaupunkt Radio/10 Disc changer, Volvo original High performance sound system and also a new Turbo charger, alternator, timing belt and power streering pump. The engine runs smooth and so does the gearbox.Note, this car has the Volvo gear box. Not a Renault one like the 1.6, 1.8 models. No problems with the Volvo gear boxes! Also a new engine with 105k on the clock.
