Default Bertone V-6 wierd coolant port

So I'm working on a 1981 Bertone 780 with the V6. The car has 4949 miles on it ( no, that's not a typo) and is leaking coolant from a port on the block, passenger side, just above the alternator and below the exhaust manifold. It's a factory port, but I can't find anything to put on it. There's no hose hanging, no ports on the radiator, no sign of an intercooler (obviously), I'm stumped. I can't post a couple of horrible pictures because I don't have a pic hosting service so they're on the link below. Any FHE appreciated.

I believe that's the block drain cock. There should be one on each side. It looks like this only yours doesn't have a T handle.

You mean an 81 262c Bertone. No 780s in 1981.

I'm also assuming that this is the infamous Redblock Society 262C.
