850 R seats to S90?

I was offered a full set of damn fine 850 R alcantara seats but how big of a project would it be trying to modify all of those so they could be bolted in to S90? Also my S90 has manually adjusted seats and the 850 ones are power seats.

Edit: Oh and the seats are from a wagon so is there any chance rear seats can be modified to fit? I know generally rear seats are not interchangeable between same model sedan and wagon without a great deal of work.

Anyone here with insight about the rear seat swap?

I need to decide today if I want to buy the seats. I was also wondering whether the wagon rear seats are heavier than the ones in sedan.

I searched and found a white S90 from this forum which had a 850 R passenger front seat in place so atleast the fronts are doable (motor was removed from the seat so it would mount lower).
