Not a Swede, but looks like a list of things that are checked over at the end of the assembly line.

That’s what I was thinking. Chassis no matches but nothing was filled in, must’ve been a Friday

As Lankku said. The headline roughly translates to "control card right" or "control sheet right". The checklist is for the engine bay (motorrum) and the front of the car (framparti).
