Thumbs up

http://mandrelbendingsolutions.com

Any bend you want, off-the-shelf or custom. Stainless or aluminized, several sizes from 2" to 3".

I bought some 180 U-bends a couple of years ago -- they are formed every bit as smooth as the website photos indicate. According to my notes, those folks had my order packaged with a UPS tracking number within 10 minutes.

Thanks for the heads up, I also have http://www.mandrelbends.com/ these guys , I was hoping to find a nice pre bent piece so I dont have to cobble 2 180's ?etc.? I will be working like a whore on a Saturday night ...On my back , so I'm trying to simplify it .Open to suggestions ! was even looking at the axle turnout.I just think an axle turnout dump should be dualed ,kinda symetrical . But I do love my 3" free flow system on my 740

I have 2 180's I've never used, 45's are easier to work with most of the time just cut off the excess on the ends if that make sense.

I get my bends from Summit, fast free shipping.

That's a dead end street here, just a bunch of low baller's, I and a few others tried that with downpipes. Everyone wants one but there're broke as ****.

Perhaps try reaching out to KL Racing. They sell 3" exhaust systems and various exhaust parts...do see an over axle pipe listed for a 700 but doesn't say the diameter. Might luck out there if you want to go the pre-fabbed route.

I was wondering if two stock pipes would fit over the axle.

This was for a 760 with IRS. These are all the bends I bought to make it.

Looking to do one of these as well since IRS turbo exhausts appear to now be NLA.
Do you have any pics of this installed from underneath? Is it 3”? Did you use a rear muffler as well?
Nice!
