2001 Volvo s60 exhaust

Hey guys,
I have a 2001 volvo s60 2.4t automatic. I need some advice on the exhaust, mine has all but rusted off. Many of the hangers have rusted in half, and various components of the exhaust are leaking now.
So my question is; has anyone on here made their own exhaust for this model? Any tips or suggestions. I'm not looking to spend what IPD wants, but I would also like to upgrade since I have to replace it anyway. Looking for both opinions and facts. Thanks!

Someone has to have messed with these exhaust systems at some point.
Also, is any tuning required if you install a modified exhaust?
