Default Volvo 940 960 rear reflector
Picked up another one of these in the junkyard the other day, only the second one I have seen in many years. The one in the picture is on my 960.
Now that I have two, I may sell one.
Wow looked online, they seem to draw a large price!

Found this for cheap, its just a louver but seller said it was R Sport catalog.

Is this really a catalog item? Is it rare?

What is the best way to mount these? Tape or actually getting the hardware?

That one is clearly from a different manufacturer, but the equivalent for a 300-series car is made by Autoplas, and they can still supply the fitting kits, remarkably. It might be worth seeing if the manufacturer is still around.

I'd put some thought into making sure that it's solidly mounted. That's too rare and valuable item to be losing at speed!

Thanks for the info! I’ll check them out for sure, looking through the web I haven’t found anything specific for this louver. Red Banned Society sells a kit that includes the middle bar but this doesn’t have those attachment points. Other than that middle section it does seem very similar to the other more common louvers.
