Pannulahti?s 740 T-Gul & daily S60R

In my calculation stock injectors can feed about 370hp maybe little more. K24 have internal CBV so i use that and if i change it to BOV there is couple problems...everytime when BOV opens air/fuel mixture goes too rich and spool is same with CBV so there is no reason to change that CBV :cool:

Maybe you can just blueprint them then. What is the gearbox in the 60 that handles 470? It clearly cannot be the same one as stock in an '99 T6 S80. :oops:

Gearbox in S60 are basic M66 which can handle lot of power.

Now here in Finland we are try to tune this car with these modifications and peoples who are doing that is not so good...nobody can promise me anything because volvo?s engine management is so problematic or something...in my words they are unskilled in their job :grrr:

edit: I leave my car in first tune guy two days and he can?t do anything else than one scratch in my rear bumper and little two dents on my hood which are just under ecu?s box and these dents are coming pop up inside to out...i think there is something between hood and that ecu box when that hood are closed :grrr: **** these idiots!!

But no problem i upgrade S4 maf and bigger injectors when i get more money and then order Hilton tuning Stage 3 with couple of mods. I put message to Hilton and he can help me with tune and he says i have to upgrade that maf and injectors so we can get all power in that setup :) someones are better in their job than anothers.

T-Gul?s new tailgate are painted and also we painted that part which are between hood and front glass because there are couple of scratches and suprise suprise my good friend Pete are making hell of a good job with that paint, this is only guy who paint my cars because he knows how exact i am on these paint jobs :cool:

I try to put more pictures tomorrow when i go to my garage!

Thats unfortunate about your car. I assume they didn't know what they were doing with the bosch ecu that should def be capable. Possibly you should have contacted some bosch tuning specialist. Has to be one somewhere on your side. Don't put them under too much pressure as that will only add to more nervous mans mistakes. I hope you get it together soon. Its certainly a very attractive 60.

Now i finally can put that new tailgate and carbon spoiler to T-Gul...i like that spoiler very much.

There is couple pictures of EGT sensors and engine bay and of course new spoiler on the rear :-P

Awesome!! What is that thing on the distributor position? Aftermarket distri?

I use LH2.2 distributor with hall to camshaft positioning only so i can use sequential timing to injectors. That original distributor cap look so awful and i don?t need that so my friend make billet part with cnc machine so now it is much better :)

No i don?t have any pictures of that header...it is not very beautiful and not so very good but let?s start with that and i try make better if this car work someday...now it is ready to dyno and tune but i have only dust in my wallet so i can?t go now there :-(
 
Houhouhou! Long time no see :-P Finally at spring my 740 is tuned and i drive about 1000km in this summer at all.

Car works very well but there is couple of things what i hae to upgrade. First is some resonation on about 3000rpm and this is coming in engine. I know that maybe problem because of big stroke and light parts all in engine (flywheel, pistons, front damper) let's see what we can do about that.

Second thing is fuel pump upgrade. Now that fuel pump what i got is too small and we have to tune that car only 1bar boost :-(

And that about 1 bar boost it makes on engine 445hp at 5880rpm and 644nm torque at 4080rpm :) i hope that we can get little bit more power on next summer when boost is somewhere 1,5-1,8bar.

I try to put dynopaper someday so you all can look that yourself.
 
Hello! How is 740 going on, did you upgrade the fuel pump?
Yes now i have Walbro 525L/H hellcat fuel pump and now there is new problem. That return line which are going back to fuel tank is too small so i have to make bigger one i hope i can do it before next summer.

Daily S60R are going to have some big modifications/repairs because in 1st on May one little Fiat are drive in right side of my car (n) and front door need to replace and we are fix that old rear right side bad repair things now also. There is photos on Google Drive link we also change colour in whole car and i fix that atacama interior at now also.

There is also lots of rust repairs to do at this time also because in Finland we have lot of salt in wintertime in our roads :oopsie:

I also have change new front springs in my S60R KW coilovers because after 3.5 years there is left side broken.

There is also new member in our garage. Volvo S40 mk1 trackcar which one are made only on track. I put photos and info later on that.

That dyno shows power direct on hubs, there is drivetrain loss in rwd car about 12-15% so i cheated little bit. In my calculation it is crank 435-447hp and 638-655nm depends on drivetrain loss.
