That picture is epic, I hope he's okay! Is it just me or is the passenger not wearing a seatbelt? You can't even see the driver because I assume his head is currently breaking through that side window.

I was about to post about the lack of VOC cars that are in RHD countries, but then I realised that it wasn't a real VOC sticker.
Then I noticed the lack of apparent rollcage (most cages have diagonals that would be visible).
Now I'm wondering WTF it is.
As to the placement of the occupant(s), I can only offer "weird ish happens in crashes", even with belts on properly.
