240 How to plug B23 pulsair exhaust holes

Hi,

I'm doing a head gasket replacement on a B23E, and I will be deleting the pulsair air injection and blocking the holes coming from the head directly beneath the exhaust manifold.

What is the best object to cover these holes with? I would rather do something more professional than JB weld and coins.
