I've fitted the Saab Turbo distributor to the 924 and it's rather lean running at 14:1 on boost and 16:1 off boost, I'll definitely need to drop my control pressure to or below the Saab specification.
The maximum flow is also disappointing at 200 cc/minute/injector but I may need a new fuel pump as the flow from mine is borderline (1200 cc/minute at the return).
I'll need a new fuel pump anyway to support the power I want, which will need about 2 liters a minute to be safe.
I read that the B21ET metering heads flow around 350 cc/minute/injector at maximum, it seems like a lot considering the Saab had the same power as the Volvo, 155hp... any truth in that flow figure? I will probably try to source an -093 or -115 head if it's not a fuel pump issue.
