Replacement glass for late model 240 side mirrors

Looking for replacement glass for '88 240 with manual mirrors. I wanted convex and if possible with the heated grid (to be hooked up later as stand alone).

I believe the 7 and 9 series mirrors are the same size.

In my experience the heated mirrors were only available if you also had power mirrors. I would consider good used from voluparts or ebay. I recently had to get a replacement right side mirror and found it on ebay for $50. That was Wagner Auto Salvage in NC.

One of the first things I did so I could drive my volvo home off the used car lot was stick on some side view mirrors from amazon since they were both busted. They have been on there ever since and I have no complaints.

IDK if they have them with the heating grid

Question:I have a 240Wagon with power mirrors. The glass needs to be replaced on the passenger side.
How do I safely remove the glass and what is the best source ?
