**** photo but she's mine! Dreaming of one of these since before I knew what it was and before I joined this forum, very sweet car. Planning for over a year to buy a different one that hadn't materialised. This came up and boom, got it. Not perfect, but fundamentally sound and all the issues I could find I can fix or get a pro to help me fix. But without fixing anything, daily driver classic with looks to kill Down side: manual brakes like my two classic beetles! Needs a decent leg to get some good results 2+ hour drive home from where it is, will bring it home in a few months once ready to receive.
For every 9 Amazons out there, only one is a wagon, 4 are sedans and 4 are coupes (shhh sedan bigots). In NZ AFAIK there is 5 including mine, maybe more, but not many more, that's for sure. Not many of the 2 and 4 door cars either, mind you. Rocking horse ****.
Even more rare is my second to latest buy, but not Volvo, top secret, but can't wait to drive it I know of 3 of those in NZ but there are probably more.
In any case, I now have the trifecta of genuine Volvo wagons:
Amazon
140/240
740/940
life complete.
