So big update and not a big update at the same time. I had the car resprayed over the last few weeks. Most people will ask why do that, it looked fine before? And it did, but there were a couple of areas I wasnt 100% happy with. To add to that, I managed to pick up some scratches and dings here and there. So I had a guy I know sort everything out. My first thought was is there anything I want to customize about the car bodywork wise before it gets resprayed, but I couldnt really think of anything. I love the car as is. So basically I just decided to do something little that has always bugged me and delete the rear reflectors. I find it smooths out the rear end and cleans up the lines.

inspiration, for real. looks great man!

random thought: you should have someone proper do a video shoot on this thing - I think that would be an incredibly cool feature!

Fantastic job Keith. Subtle and not over-the-top.

So clean I love it, these cars look way to bland with the trim ripped off your's is perfect.

increddible car!
as you said, the paint looked great in the pictures before, however am sure its looking even better now.

that looks really amazing. Love it with out the reflectors!

So my build thread is sort of turning into a photography dump. I still have quite a few things left to do on this little car, but im at that point where I can stand back and look at it. I feel pretty happy with where its at. I took it out downtown yesterday on my day off. Just kind of cruising around looking for a decent place for a quick shoot. I came across this old warehouse that had a neat little loading dock area. The owner/renovator of the building came out and talked with me for a minute. He mentioned that its the oldest warehouse in Phoenix and was first owned by Swedish immigrants the Sturges brothers. I thought that was kind of a cool anecdote and fitting for the old Swedish car. I left a lens I could have used at home and it was way too bright out for this location, but I got what I could. I think im going to go back someday closer to sunset and bring some more gear.
