we decided to line up all of the 83 242DLs we had at the shop on our lunch break this afternoon at the shop (RSI) and snap a quick pic (ok ok, my blue on the end is a 79):

On a serious note. Those quad rectangle front ends just keep growing on me. I have already liked them for awhile.
 
Fail for lack of commandos .....drive a monster truck over all of them

That's probably more 242's than in illinois and missouri combined. Cool pic, bro.


Oh and quad squares are legit, but crush all the quad rounds.
 
3 are mine (though the beige is technically sold), 2 are Asher's, 1 is Eric's, 1 is Bergen's, 1 is RSI's.
We actually have another 83 242 DL around back, but it was too buried to move easily.
Then we have another 3 242t's and a 79GT there also. So 12 242's in one spot total.

We really need a like button here. The 83 242 DL is the best Volvo ever, though some may argue a slick top 83 245 DL is just as good if you want a wagon instead. ;-)
