17x8 wheels on 945 with 225/45 tires ???
Hi. I would like to have 17x8 wheels on my 945.The ET is 35 and i plan to use 25mm spacers.The tires I want to use are 225/45. Calculations says that these rimms will go from outer side 30mm more.I have lowering springs -40mm.Does anybody have done it before? Is it work?

Ive got 17x8, I believe with a 40mm offset and with 25mm spacers in the front, 32mm rear. 215/45 tires. Like 2.5 coils cut all around. Rubs a bit at full lock only, no other problems.

TME springs, 17x8 et53 with 35mm front spacers, 40mm rear, and 225/45 Conti DW's or Potenza 070's fit just fine with no scrubbing.

Hi
I had 17by7.5 wheels with 25 et. No spacers I was running 235/45 17 with no problems On my 89 740t Same outer diameter as the 205/65 15 factory tyres
