Is there a part / casting number on the cylinder head that tells if it is a turbo or non turbo

No. Look at the exhaust valve head in the combustion chamber. If it is a turbo head there will be a slight dimple in it right in the center. That’s the only difference. The turbo heads use sodium filled valves.

Other than the above, there is no difference in the 1000530 heads turbo or NA, only the turbos got the sodium filled exhaust valves
