Main cluster turn signal indicators

I had the main cluster out enough recently to replace the bulbs (changed to LED).

Today the right side turn signal indicator stopped illuminating - the bulbs still flash, just not showing it within car. Same deal when I use hazards, they work but don't flash within main cluster.

I assume something has come loose since I had did some work there.

Any ideas as to what I should be looking for?

If your car is a 240, it could be the half-circular connector is loose, I suppose, because that's where those two indicator lamps get a ground.
