Default EGR Valve Gasket. FERRULE leak?

I found an oil leak on my 1990 b230ft. It's leaking from the bolt labeled 15. I was suspect the washer (17) was bad so I replaced that a few weeks ago and the leak persisted so I thought it was somewhere else. However today I crawled under the car, started it up, and clearly saw oil seeping out from under the bolt (15). Volvo parts webstore calls part 14 EGR Valve Gasket. FERRULE. Is this what I need to fix my leak or does the whole fitting need to be replaced? Thanks

I would suggest slathering the surfaces of the fitting with anaerobic thread sealant like loctite 592. That usually takes care of leaking fittings without having to overtighten them.
