Achieving 250hp - What are your setups?

A 5.3L LS swap and about 2/3rds throttle opening.
Probably not what you're after, but it certainly is fun to drive!

Then when you put the pedal the rest of the way down it gets about 6, 7 psi of boost and probably makes something like 500 hp. Which is even more fun to drive.
 
The spec in putting together is as follows:

TD04HL-19T - set are 14-15 psi to start with
Big 3inch cooler (already purchased)
3inch exhaust with no cat
IPD turbo can
Bigger Injectors
3 inch MAF (where do I get one off these??)
Chips - everyone seems to be using TLAO so I’ll probably do the same.

Should be a laugh until it breaks!!

I think you need to look for 20-24psi maybe TD05H or GT28 can help to get easier
Injector 650 cc seem as your wish.

and get one or two trans spare.....555
 
What injectors are you guys running?!

I?ve had a look on Yoshifab and I think the 630cc Bosch will flow more than enough for what I want and it has the longer setup.

Just interested in what everyone else using in the 60-70lb area, Siemens do both a short and long setup, what?s the benefits or either or??
 
Long injectors fit a stock rail well, 60lbs can reach 300 on E85 so they shouldn't have problems for gas

I'm running racetronix (Siemens) 80lb d4 injectors with e85 without issue

3" downpipe and exhaust
some sort of tune (MS or lh tuning)
Cam of some sort (V or K if OEM cams)

should get you there.
 
Junkyard motor, VX cam, T04E turbo, Deka 80# injectors, Walbro 255 in tank pump, Microsquirt using LH2.2 disty hall sensor, 2.5" exhaust, no cat.

At 12 PSI
202 WHP @6000 RPM
187 Tq @5400 RPM

This was with a burnt valve and exhaust leak between manifold and turbo.
I did 212whp and 400ftlbs once similar setup but tcam
 
212@18ish, compared to next time 250/250@8/9ish, ported big valves 531 and b cam.

These things are so fun cause boosting the shot out of the no flow tcam’d b230s make a crap load of tq
