VP Autoparts sells paint for Volvos. However, any good automotive paint supplier should be able to give you a proper color match. Paints from DuPont, SEM, Glasarit are all OEM supplied paints.
Search for auto paint suppliers locally. Goes by AutoColor in my area. It will not be the OEM supplied paint but the 30 year improved version.
My local shop even had a scanner to read and adjust the formula to the old finish if you are only doing a fender. Had them scan the inside of a plastic interior kick panel for interior plastic respray. Supplied in plastic compatable paint. Color matched perfectly but gloss/sheen off. They worked resolving that to an exact match when sprayed and dried.
My new friends and I know each other on a first names basis now.
