I thought it was an OE Volvo Gt lever knob......I looked for one of those for several years. very hard to come by it seems. Congratulations!

OMG. That's a Pioneer Supertuner! I had one of those back in the day. It desparately needed an amp, but I didn't even know what an amp was, and if I did, couldn't have afforded it.

The mic is part of the Volvo cassette deck, that red button is a record button for dictating on a tape. I've seen a few of these exact radios in old Porsche 911s only they say Porsche on the cassette door instead of Volvo. I've never seen another Volvo one.

The pioneer super tuner is a much superior sounding and sort of period correct addition.

Such nice cars, is that yellow a OE Volvo color for the 1981+ Euro 240's. I do feel like I saw a wagon in that color here in the states, it was a 1986+ some how!?
